                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 7429
                   SHALLOWFORD ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE
                   OF SHALLOWFORD ROAD SOUTHEAST OF GUNBARREL
                   ROAD, FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO O-1 OFFICE
                   ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 7429 Shallowford Road,
                being on the northeast line of Shallowford Road
                southeast of Gunbarrel Road.  Lot 2, Hayden
                Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 33, page 338, ROHC; being the property
                described in deed book 4068, page 283, ROHC.  Tax
                Map No. 149H-H-4.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Landscape conditions attached hereto and made a part
                   hereof by reference.
        
              2.   No access to Preston Circle.
        
              3.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
